We are certified by the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) to manufacture and assemble power boilers and boiler external piping, which includes superheaters, economizers, and other parts connected directly to the boiler without intervening valves. We are also certified to manufacture and assemble pressure vessels in accordance with Section VIII of the ASME Boiler & Pressure Vessel Code (BPVC). ASME “S” and “U” stamp work can be done either here at our shop or on a jobsite controlled by our office.
We are authorized by the National Board of Boiler & Pressure Vessel Inspectors to apply the “NB” mark and register boilers, pressure vessels, and other pressure-retaining items with the National Board. We are also authorized to apply the “R” mark and make metallic repairs and/or alterations to boilers, pressure vessels, and other pressure-retaining items. This work is performed in accordance with the National Board Inspection Code (NBIC) and can be done either here at our shop or on a jobsite controlled by our office.
